• After long deliberation, most of the requests of the insurgent group were accepted, creating a new executive junta made up of Juan Enrique Rosales, Juan Martínez de Rozas, Martín Calvo Encalada, Juan Mackenna and Gaspar Marín, in addition to having a patriot predominance in Congress.
